LAND ROVER FREEDOM

Land Rover Freedom is a Guaranteed Future Value* option which is available for Range Rover Evoque & Land Rover Discovery Sport models on both consumer fixed rate loan finance contracts and commercial goods loan finance contracts from Land Rover Financial Services. THE FREEDOM OF GUARANTEED FUTURE VALUE

RETAIN

RETAIN YOUR LAND ROVER

If you wish to retain your Land Rover at the end of your contract, you can simply pay out the Guaranteed Future Value in a lump sum or alternatively, you can refinance (subject to our standard terms and conditions, and applicable credit criteria) the Guaranteed Future Value for a further contract term.
RETURN

RETURN YOUR LAND ROVER

To complete your Land Rover Freedom experience, you can return your vehicle to your preferred Land Rover Retailer, provided it complies with your service, fair wear and tear guidelines and set kilometre requirements and finance contract obligations.

Q&A

Will the Land Rover Freedom Guaranteed Future Value apply if I want to return my vehicle before the end of the term?

No. The Land Rover Freedom Guaranteed Future Value option only applies if your fixed rate loan contract runs its full term. You can choose to trade in your vehicle at any point and upgrade to the latest model, however you will need to pay any amounts due under the loan contract. Applicable terms and conditions are available from Land Rover Financial Services on request.

Will I be notified when my contract is maturing?

Yes. You will receive a letter from Land Rover Financial Services notifying you of your contract expiry date 120 days before your loan maturity date. You can then nominate your preferred option in accordance with the GFV terms.

How is the Fair Wear and Tear determined?

If you choose to return the vehicle, your Land Rover dealer or authorized service centre will inspect the vehicle for Fair Wear and Tear. The inspection process will assess whether your Land Rover meets the Fair Wear and Tear requirements and determine the cost to bring the vehicle back to the acceptable Fair Wear and Tear condition if it does not. You will have the opportunity to repair your Land Rover or alternatively Land Rover Financial Services can organise the repairs. If your Land Rover does not meet Fair Wear and Tear requirements on return, the Guaranteed Future Value will be reduced accordingly and you will be required to pay the difference. For further information regarding Fair Wear and Tear requirements please contact your nearest Land Rover dealer.

*The Guaranteed Future Value is a not a representation by Land Rover Financial Services as to the likely market value of your vehicle at the maturity of your finance contract.
