Born and raised in Papua New Guinea, Genia relocated to Australia at the age of 12. He developed a love for rugby at Brisbane Boys' College that saw him go on to represent Australia at the 2006 U19 World Championships and debut for Queensland having not played a single senior club match.

Since then, Genia has played a key role for the Queensland Reds, including an outstanding performance during their maiden Super Rugby title. His qualities have also be recognised at an international level when he captained the Wallabies at the Rugby World Cup.

In 2017, Genia earned 13 caps from a possible 14 Tests as he returned from a second season with Stade Francais in near career-best form and was prominent in almost every Wallabies victory of the year.

A fierce competitor and a humble sportsman, we're proud to have Will Genia as a Land Rover Ambassador.
