JAMES VILES CURATES MENU FOR POLO IN THE CITY 2018
Melbourne’s Polo in the City menu was curated by Land Rover ambassador and award-winning chef, James Viles. With an emphasis on locally sourced produce and sustainable cuisine, food lovers were treated to dishes such as Dory Roe Profiteroles with Caviar, Chicken Liver Paté with Braised Salt Bush and Ghost Crab Toasts.
