To access the Programme benefits, Eligible Company employees must:
(a) purchase a new Jaguar Land Rover passenger car from an authorised participating Jaguar Land Rover dealer; providing that the Eligible Company employee:
(i) registers the vehicle in the name of the approved employee; and
(ii) provides confirmation of employment on company letterhead signed by a duly authorised representative prior to the delivery of the vehicle, or
(ii) can provide at the time of purchase an employee issued ID card.


Programme benefits are:
(a) applicable to the original purchaser of the vehicle
(b) transferable;
(c) valid for up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometres from the vehicles first registration date (whichever occurs first)
(d) Not applicable with any ‘Privilege Pricing’ or Qantas points offer made by Jaguar Land Rover during the time of purchase.


The Programme Benefits are as follows:
(a) Complimentary scheduled servicing for up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometres from the vehicle’s first registration date (whichever occurs first). Complimentary scheduled servicing must be conducted at an authorised participating Jaguar Land Rover dealer, and is subject to the Plan’s terms, conditions and exclusions. Only items covered by the Plan are covered. All other items are excluded and at the purchasers cost. Alternatively, a loan vehicle (the model type to be provided at the authorised participating Jaguar Land Rover dealer’s discretion) may be available subject to time of service booking.
(b) 3 years total Roadside is included with each vehicle purchased under the Programme, Refer to the Roadside Brochure terms and conditions or further information.

4. MISC:

(a) In addition to the Programme terms and conditions, the Jaguar Land Rover dealership’s terms and conditions apply to your vehicle purchase.
(b) Jaguar Land Rover Australia at its absolute discretion may terminate the Programme at any time, for any reason and without notice. Existing members will continue to receive the Benefits under this Programme until those Benefits expire.
