JAGUAR LAND ROVER RETAIL NETWORK CELEBRATES OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jaguar Land Rover is passionately committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touch point. From leading-edge performance and technology through to exceptional design and luxury. This includes our team of retailers, who provide our customers with the highest levels of service befitting a luxury car brand. 

In recognition of their ongoing commitment to outstanding customer service, the annual Retailer of the Year Awards were presented at Crown Sydney on June 16. 

In a gala dinner held in the hotel’s ballroom, leaders and investors across the Jaguar Land Rover network came together to celebrate excellence and the many notable achievements of 2021. 

Hosted by radio personality and comedian Michael "Wippa" Wipfl, guests were treated to a truly modern and luxurious event, with an indulgent three course dinner and memorable live performances from Sally Cooper and Baker Boys.

Regional Retailer of the Year
Port Macquarie Jaguar Land Rover 
 
This team has impressively won 5 of the regional employee/manager categories and finished more than 2,000 points ahead of the 2nd place. It is also their 3rd regional ROTY win in the last four years.
Provincial Retailer of the Year
Lennock Jaguar Land Rover

The team won two of the provincial employee/manager categories, and finished runner-up in a further three categories. This win represents the 3rd consecutive provincial ROTY accolade.
Metro Retailer of the Year
Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover 

This was the most competitive category with over 18 retailers. The team won four of the metro employee/manager categories, they were the highest achiever across all areas of the business, and as a result were also awarded Overall Retailer of the Year.
