LAND ROVER AND WALLABIES SET TO ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS

Land Rover Australia is thrilled to announce the continuation of its partnership with Rugby Australia, reflecting a shared passion for going above and beyond. With the successful partnership heading into its seventh season, Land Rover will be the Official Major Sponsor and Official Vehicle of the Wallabies until the end of 2024.

Land Rover’s involvement with global rugby spans more than 20 years, including partnerships at the elite level with the Rugby World Cup, national and club teams, right through to grassroots programs. This renewed relationship with the Wallabies demonstrates Land Rover’s ongoing support of rugby at all levels and a desire to create memorable experiences for both participants and fans of the sport in Australia.

As part of the partnership, the Land Rover logo will continue to appear on the Gilbert Test match rugby balls whenever the Wallabies play in Australia, as well as appearing on the back of the team’s shorts on game day and at training. A number of initiatives will also be launched by Land Rover which are designed to engage the fans and bring them closer to the Rugby World Cup in 2023.

Rugby Australia CEO Andy Marinos said, "Rugby Australia is thrilled to be able to continue our partnership with Land Rover for another three years. The values of Rugby Australia have great synergy with those at Land Rover, and the Wallabies will wear their logo with pride throughout the Test seasons."

Shannon Edwards, Marketing Director, Jaguar Land Rover Australia, said, "With shared values of passion, integrity, leadership, and a commitment to going above and beyond, we couldn't be more excited to write the next chapter of our partnership with the Wallabies, engaging with fans across the country and helping to grow the game."

Wallabies Captain Michael Hooper will also continue to be a Land Rover ambassador, and will work with Land Rover to champion programs that engage the community, fans, and young rugby players.
